Save some for the regular season, Jack.
The Buffalo Sabres took on the Boston Bruins as part of the NHL rookie tournament Monday, and Jack Eichel put on a show.
The 18-year-old was buzzing all night, and with the clubs heading to 3-on-3 overtime, the stage was set for him to do something special. With just 37 seconds left in the extra frame, Eichel roofed a beautiful wrist shot over the blocking glove of goaltender Zane McIntyre.

Eichel also added an assist on Brycen Martin's third-period goal, and the assist may have been even prettier than the goal.
