VIDEO: Lightning's AHL affiliate invites Donald Trump to coach, learn how to run team
The Tampa Bay Lightning's AHL affiliate is looking for its own celebrity apprentice.
Syracuse Crunch chief financial officer Vance Lederman is trying to sell Donald Trump on an opportunity to help run the team.
Lederman made his first pitch to the presidential candidate Wednesday, inviting him to coach the club:
When the call went unanswered, Crunch owner Howard Dolgon called Trump out.
Hey @realDonaldTrump you going to let a tiny guy from Flatbush @VanceLederman call you out with no response. Hardly presidential.

Who wants @VanceLederman to challenge @realDonaldTrump to a dance off sans shirts. Live on CNN. Better than debate. @SyracuseCrunch

Lederman issued a second challenge Friday, offering Trump a chance to learn how to run the franchise.
Trump is a bit busy at the moment, but you have to hand it to the Crunch for concocting a campaign of their own.
