Buffalo Sabres defensemen Josh Gorges and Zach Bogosian are both week to week with injuries, head coach Dan Bylsma told reporters Monday.
Gorges will miss time due to a lower-body injury, while Bogosian's injury wasn't disclosed.
The injuries are expected to keep both players out of the lineup for the Sabres on opening night when they host the Ottawa Senators.
Bylsma added that defenseman Jake McCabe was evaluated for an upper-body injury. There's no word yet on his condition.
