Sean Bergenheim signs 3-year deal with SC Bern of Swiss league

Sean Bergenheim has signed a one-year deal with an option for two more years with SC Bern of the Swiss National League A, the team announced Wednesday.
The deal includes an out clause to return to the NHL after each of the seasons, according to TSN's Frank Seravalli.
The 31-year-old unrestricted free agent split last season between the Minnesota Wild and Florida Panthers totaling nine goals and 19 points in 56 games.
