Stars lose Eaves to lower-body injury

Dallas Stars forward Patrick Eaves left Tuesday's game with a lower-body injury and will not return, the club announced.

Analysis:

It's unclear exactly what the injury is, as well as the severity, but it was enough to rule him out for the rest of Tuesday's matchup against the Oilers. We'll have to wait until after the game for an update on whether or not this will take him out of Thursday's tilt with the Lightning as well.
