Sabres' Girgensons injured after hit by Sharks' Wingels on Saturday

Buffalo Sabres forward Zemgus Girgensons will not play Tuesday against the Dallas Stars after suffering an undisclosed injury in Saturday's game against the San Jose Sharks.
The 21-year-old was hurt after being run over by Sharks forward Tommy Wingels during the third period. Girgensons was caught with his head down, and slipped just before Wingels caught him with a shoulder.
Head coach Dan Bylsma said Monday that the Latvian was dealing with some "bumps and bruises" from the hit, but ensured that he was not dealing with a head injury.
Tim Schaller will draw in and center Buffalo's third line against the Stars.
