Minnesota Wild defenseman Marco Scandella will miss the next few games with a lower-body injury, the team announced Thursday.
Scandella has been in and out of the lineup over the past few weeks, having briefly taken an absence from the team to spend time with his ailing father.
He has three goals and six points in 15 games.
The Wild visit the Boston Bruins on Thursday.
