VIDEO: Senators' Ryan takes devastating hit from Savard

The Ottawa Senators lost arguably their hottest player towards the end of Thursday's game.
Forward Bobby Ryan was taken into the end-boards by Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman David Savard, and spent several minutes on the ice before being walked to the dressing room with the help of teammates and the club's trainer.
Ryan did not return for the final four minutes of the third period.
Savard received a five-minute major for boarding on the play, a call that Blue Jackets general manager Jarmo Kekalainen was clearly not happy about.

The Senators had no update on Ryan's status following the game.
