Rangers' Klein suffers abdominal strain

The New York Rangers finished Monday's game against the Carolina Hurricanes down a defenseman.
Kevin Klein suffered a muscle strain early in the first period and did not return.
It was revealed after the game that he injured an abdominal muscle.
Klein is averaging over 21 minutes a night on the Blueshirts' blue line, with three goals and three assists in 24 games prior to Monday.
