The hat trick, Weber's first, is a rare feat among defensmen in recent years.
Shea Weber just the 7th defensemen with a hat trick since 2009. Suter, Subban, Visnovsky, Lidstrom, Chara, Jovanovski the others.

Weber now has nine goals on the season, drawing him even with Brent Burns for top spot among all blue-liners.
Unfortunately, he won't be able to enjoy it, after his Predators lost the game in overtime.
Shea Weber on he feels about his first hat trick: "Not good right now, to tell you the truth. It's a tough loss."
