Penguins welcome back Crosby, Letang against Wild
Santa Claus indeed visited the Pittsburgh Penguins.
The club will have Sidney Crosby and Kris Letang in the lineup Saturday against the Minnesota Wild, head coach Mike Sullivan announced.
Crosby missed Monday's game, a 5-2 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets, with a lower-body injury. As the entire hockey world knows, he's off to the worst start to a season in his career, with six goals and 16 assists in 32 games.
Letang hasn't played since Dec. 9 thanks to an upper-body injury. He has a goal and 13 assists in 14 games.
Letang is working on the No. 1 power play with Crosby, Malkin, Kessel and Hornqvist.

The Penguins' power play is working at only 16.1 percent, and is a big reason why Pittsburgh sits 28th in goals per game, at 2.3.
Pittsburgh heads into Saturday's action five points out of a wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference.
