The Minnesota Wild have unveiled the uniform that an alumni team also made up of former North Stars will wear for the 2016 NHL Stadium Series Alumni Game against some old Chicago Blackhawks players.
The jersey is heavier on the old North Stars brand than the current Wild look, as displayed by Neal Broten.

"It's fun to put on this jersey. I think the fans will get a kick out of watching us play on Saturday just because of the rivalry in the past," said Broten. "I think fans will remember the games we used to play at the old Met Center against the Blackhawks. It should be a fun game, and then of course, the (big) game on Sunday will be packed."
The North Stars played in Minnesota from 1967-93 before moving south to Dallas, with the Wild filling the void beginning in 2000.
The alumni game will be played on Feb. 20 at TCF Bank Stadium on the University of Minnesota campus.
