Rangers sign Ryan Gropp to entry-level contract

The New York Rangers have signed forward Ryan Gropp to an entry-level contract.
Gropp was selected 41st overall by the Rangers in the second round of this year's draft and was the club's first selection in last summer's draft.
He's in his third season with the Seattle Thunderbirds of the Western Hockey League where he has 32 points and leads the team with 18 goals.
