Alex Galchenyuk has reportedly declined to press charges after his girlfriend was arrested Sunday following a domestic dispute at the Montreal Canadiens forward's apartment, according to Patrick Legace and Vincent Larouche from La Presse.
Chanel Leszczynski, 27, reportedly showed up at Galchenyuk's apartment Sunday morning and several 911 calls were made in response to an argument.
The case will be transferred to Montreal's Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions, who will ultimately decide if charges will be brought against Leszczynski, reports Eric Engels from Sportsnet.
The Canadiens have not issued a statement regarding the matter.
