Boston Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara may be a fierce competitor on the ice, but he's as classy as they come off of it.
Chara visited injured NWHL player Denna Laing in hospital Wednesday, bringing her a few special gifts in the process.

Laing, a member of the Boston Pride, continues to progress in her recovery from the significant spinal injury she sustained at the Outdoor Women's Classic on New Year's Eve.
Both the Bruins and the Montreal Canadiens wore Winter Classic-themed jerseys Tuesday, which they will sign and auction off to raise money for Laing.
