Winnipeg Jets forward Mathieu Perreault's night came to an abrupt end Saturday.
Perreault left the game and didn't return for the second period after sustaining a lower-body injury against the New Jersey Devils. He was seen to be in considerable pain after taking a hit from Tuomo Ruutu, but it's uncertain what caused his injury.
