The 19-year-old Winnipeg Jets rookie recorded his first career hat-trick, with the visiting Arizona Coyotes serving as the opponents of record for the milestone effort.

The second goal was especially nice, as Ehlers batted the puck out of midair and past Louis Domingue.
Ehlers, the ninth overall pick from the 2014 NHL Draft, had nine goals in 48 games heading into Tuesday's action.
