VIDEO: Canadiens' Galchenyuk comes up big with beautiful backhand goal

Alex Galchenyuk gave the Montreal Canadiens exactly what they needed.
A big goal, that is, and an incredible one at that.
With Tuesday's game against the Buffalo Sabres deadlocked at one, Galchenyuk gathered the puck off a Tomas Plekanec faceoff win, dropped a nifty dangle on the usually defensively solid Ryan O'Reilly, and backhanded it past Robin Lehner.
Part dangle, part power move, all awesome. @AGally94 puts the @CanadiensMTL up one on the @BuffaloSabres. #BUFvsMTLhttps://t.co/QALf2gfHsh

Galchenyuk, who managed only two goals through the month of January, now has a pair of strikes and an assist in his past three games.
This goal was his 12th of the season, and just what the sputtering Canadiens needed.
