This one is for you dad.
Just hours after losing his father to colon cancer, 17-year-old Doug Caliendo scored a thrilling overtime goal to give Notre Dame High School a 3-2 victory over Northwest Catholic Wednesday.
I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers, and donations. It means the world to me and my family. #Strong4Lou

Asked after the game what his father Lou would have said about scoring the goal: "He probably would have said, 'At least you hit the net finally,'" Caliendo said.
