VIDEO: Devils' Blandisi called for hilariously blatant dive
MSG
New Jersey Devils forward Joseph Blandisi scored a perfect 10 from the judges for one of the best dives of the season Tuesday.
Blandisi took a slash to the back of the leg from Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Andrew MacDonald, and went down with an epic flop.
The 21-year-old's attempt certainly didn't fool the officials. Blandisi was given a two-minute minor for "embellishment" on the play.
Blandisi admitted he should have reacted differently on the slash. Said he tried to make sure referee saw it.

Good try, nonetheless.
