Nugent-Hopkins (hand) has been activated off injured reserve.

Analysis:

Considered an option for Saturday's game against the Coyotes, it certainly seems as though Nugent-Hopkins will return following the news of his activation. If that's the case, the Oilers will regain the services of a top-six forward owning 30 points (eight goals) through 46 contests this season. Check back for an updated status on game day, but his return certainly seems right around the corner.
