We might not see MMA in the Olympics anytime soon, or even jiu-jitsu for that matter, but UFC light heavyweight Antonio Rogerio Nogueira proudly represented both when he carried the torch in Rio de Janeiro on Thursday.
Though he's often recognized as the twin brother of former UFC interim heavyweight champion Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, the spotlight was shining solely on "Little Nog" as he received an honor reserved for a country's most respected athletes.
Nogueira actually has experience with international competition, having won a bronze medal in boxing at the 2007 Pan Am Games, which also took place in Rio de Janeiro.
