Well, this is terrifying.
Charlie Helms was enjoying a round of golf with a friend at Buffalo Creek Golf Course in Palmetto, Fla., when he noticed a giant alligator strolling across the green. He began filming and posted the footage to his Facebook page.
The creature was so big that Helms initially questioned whether it was real. He estimates it was between 14 and 15 feet long.
"I didn't know if we were being punked or something," Helms told ABC Action News. "It was just laying down, resting, when it got up and started moving towards the big lake."
