Bill Murray opening 'Caddyshack' sports bar in Chicago

Chicago will soon have its own "Caddyshack"-themed sports bar, thanks to Bill Murray.
Along with his five brothers, the actor who played greenskeeper Carl Spackler in the 1980 golf comedy has a verbal agreement in place for an 11,000-square-foot space inside the Crown Plaza hotel in Rosemont, and they're now working on a written lease, according to Christopher Placek of the Daily Herald. It's scheduled to open in late summer 2017.
This will be the brothers' second "Caddyshack" restaurant. They opened the Murray Bros. Caddyshack in St. Augustine, Fla. in 2001.
