Watch: Snedeker hits driver off deck to within 2 feet at par-5 11th
Ray Carlin-USA TODAY Sports
Brandt Snedeker is one of the shortest hitters on the PGA Tour, but he was the first player to make eagle at the long 635-yard par-5 11th on Thursday at Colonial.
Snedeker's drive found the fairway, then he again used his driver to smash his second shot from 297 yards out onto the green, leaving a two-foot eagle putt.
The 36-year-old's eagle was the first on the hole since 2014, when Kevin Chappell and Hideki Matsuyama each recorded one.
