Watch: Leishman holes pitch shot for 3rd straight birdie at Quicken Loans

Marc Leishman burst out of the gates at the Quicken Loans National Thursday morning.
Leishman began his tournament with a trio of pars, then threw two birdies on the scorecard at Nos. 13 and 14 on the TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm layout. The Aussie split the fairway with his tee shot at the 15th, but came up well short of the green with his approach, leaving him a 58-foot pitch with very little green to work to use.
The 33-year-old played the perfect bump-and-run and watched his ball find the bottom of the cup for his third straight birdie. Leishman finished the round a bogey-free 66.
