Eric Bolte-USA TODAY Sports
Martin Flores picked a great time to make a hole-in-one.
Flores is one of the those players who sits on the FedEx Cup playoff bubble, but moved inside the top 125 with one swing at the par-3 16th on Sunday. The 35-year-old American dropped an 8-iron from 172 yards out into the cup for an ace, moving him inside the cut line.
Flores needs to make the FedEx Cup playoffs to keep his PGA Tour card, and is currently projected to finish in the 123rd spot.
