Vaughn Taylor withdraws from Valspar Championship

There has been a last-minute change ahead of the Valspar Championship, as Virginia native Vaughn Taylor has withdrawn from the upcoming tournament.
Taylor was originally slated for a 12:46 p.m. tee time at the Valspar Championship, which begins Thursday in Palm Harbor, Fla.

Andrew Putnam, who won the Panama Championship last month, will take Taylor's place in the field.
Taylor's best showing this season came at the RSM Classic in November, when he finished tied for eighth and claimed more than $167,000.
