Tiger given top spot in Masters odds

Tiger Woods' accelerated comeback has resulted in him being placed atop the odds of taking home a fifth green jacket.
With the Masters less than a month away, the 42-year-old has leaped ahead of the world's top two golfers, Dustin Johnson and Justin Thomas, and being given the best odds of winning at Augusta National.
