Tiger tests new driving iron at baked-out Carnoustie
Tiger Woods is looking for a new way to keep the ball below the powerful Scottish winds and take advantage of the baked-out Carnoustie fairways.
Woods was spotted testing out the new TaylorMade GAPR LO driving iron during his Sunday practice round, a club yet to be released to the public.

With reports swirling about how firm and fast the fairways will be for the Open Championship, hitting driver off the tee likely won't be necessary for many golfers in the field.
Brandt Snedeker - who isn't known for his distance - tweeted out a picture of him standing beside a ball he hit 427 yards and called Carnoustie "baked out."
Just hit one 427 on 18 @TheOpen .. Guys would be hitting it in the burn in front of green 450+.. Carnoustie is baked out but greens are pure.. Never seen an Open this firm.. Will be an awesome week if it stays like this.. pic.twitter.com/AUXyPGF4iu
