Snedeker leads by 4 after historic 1st round at Wyndham Championship
To no surprise, Brandt Snedeker holds a four-shot lead after firing a record-setting 59 during Round 1 of the Wyndham Championship.
His 11-under round set the course record at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro N.C. as he became only the ninth player in PGA Tour history to break 60.

Despite turning in the round of a lifetime, birdies were abundant in Round 1 of the last regular-season event, keeping the field within striking distance of Snedeker.
Ryan Moore and John Oda did their best to keep pace, turning in brilliant first-round 63s.
Notables Sergio Garcia and Webb Simpson sit in a tie for 20th with their opening-round 66s. Hideki Matsuyama shot 69 and will need to find another gear on Friday in order to make the cut.
Defending champion Henrik Stenson is tied for 45th after shooting 2-under.
