Tiger fires electrifying 4-under 68 to sit 1 back at the Masters
Tiger Woods sent roars across Augusta National on Friday with a 4-under 68 in Round 2 of the Masters and sits one shot behind the leaders heading into the weekend.
Woods entered the round four shots off the pace and took some time before building any momentum. He played the first eight holes at even par before kicking it into another gear, starting with a 37-foot birdie putt on No. 9.

The 43-year-old made the turn at 3-under par and carded the difficult 11th hole's first birdie of the day. Woods then stuck his tee shot on the par-3 12th before horns sounded to halt play due to inclement weather. He failed to make the birdie putt after play resumed.
Woods' round took an interesting turn on No. 14. After he hit his approach shot from the wet rough, a security guard ran over to help control the crowd but instead slid into the player's ankle. Tiger was able to shake off any discomfort, though.
