Mickelson left Woods handwritten note in Augusta's Champions Locker
Phil Mickelson left Tiger Woods a handwritten note in Augusta National's Champions Locker Room after the conclusion of the 2019 Masters, as seen in a series of photos released by Augusta National.

"Tiger, so impressed!" Mickelson wrote on a cocktail napkin. "What a great tournament you played! So very happy for you!"
Mickelson, a three-time green jacket winner, would have been one of a select few with access to the Champions Locker Room in last year's field. The exclusive area of Augusta National is reserved for past winners only and is used during Masters week.
The rare photos of the Champions Locker Room also show Tiger getting his green jacket fitted after claiming his fifth Masters title.

While Masters champions only get one green jacket regardless of how many times they win the tournament (unless alterations are needed), Woods will be getting a new - or at least updated - plaque for his locker with 2019 engraved on it.
