Webb Simpson shares a one-shot lead at 15-under par with Tyrrell Hatton, Ryan Palmer, and Abraham Ancer going into the final round of the RBC Heritage.

Simpson was a co-leader with Bryson DeChambeau after Round 2, but he didn't produce a low enough score to separate from the pack. Simpson shot 68, which was the third-round scoring average at Harbour Town Golf Links.

Speaking of low scores: There are 35 players at 10-under or better going into Sunday. Comparatively, only Dustin Johnson recorded a double-digit under par score after three rounds last year.

Additionally, the field was a combined 223-under on Saturday, the best of any round in RBC Heritage history. The previous mark was 178-under.

As for DeChambeau, he carded a 1-under 70, dropping into a tie for 16th.

Hatton held the clubhouse lead for the majority of Saturday. He posted one of the day's eight rounds of 63 to give himself a chance at winning consecutive PGA Tour starts. The Englishman won the Arnold Palmer Invitational in March.

Daniel Berger could also go back-to-back after finishing with a third-round 63 of his own on Saturday and winning the Charles Schwab Challenge last week.

Here's the top of the leaderboard going into Sunday:

Place Player To Par R3 Score
T1 Tyrrell Hatton -15 63
T1 Abraham Ancer -15 65
T1 Ryan Palmer -15 66
T1 Webb Simpson -15 68
T5 Carlos Ortiz -14 63
T5 Daniel Berger -14 63
T5 Joel Dahmen -14 63

Joaquin Niemann was the first player to post a 63 on Saturday. He's looking to become only the fourth player over the last 30 years to notch a multi-win PGA Tour season before turning 22.

Brooks Koepka and Dustin Johnson are at 12-under and will need to erase a three-shot deficit to win on Sunday. They are two of the 21 players within three shots of the lead.
