Mickelson, Brady taking on DeChambeau, Rodgers in The Match
Two superstar quarterbacks will participate in the 2021 edition of The Match, the PGA TOUR announced Wednesday.
Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady will take on Bryson DeChambeau and Aaron Rodgers on July 6.
Last year's head-to-head tournament saw Mickelson and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers passer lose by one to Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning at The Medalist in Florida.
Despite the defeat, Brady was quick to trash talk following Wednesday's announcement.
Two old guys against the young bucks @PhilMickelson. @b_dechambeau better get used to laying up because we know @AaronRodgers12 isn’t going for it 🤣 https://t.co/f1DQsFn41U

Montana's Moonlight Basin will play host to this year's event. The course, which stands at an average elevation of 7,500 feet, should see a number of long drives.
Mickelson, 50, became the oldest major champion Sunday after he captured his sixth major title at the PGA Championship.
Rodgers is currently making headlines in NFL circles due to his frustration with the Green Bay Packers. He reportedly wants to leave the organization and isn't attending this week's organized team activities.
