The field
Though the field this week isn't nearly as strong as the group that played in 2020, it's still filled with talent, even with the event happening a week after a major championship.
Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas headline the 121-man invitational field. Berger and Morikawa are back and hoping to replicate their 2020 success. Patrick Reed, Abraham Ancer, Tony Finau, and six-time major champ Phil Mickelson will also be competing at Fort Worth.

The course

Colonial Country Club is one of the classic PGA TOUR venues, and it's been hosting this tournament since 1946.
The course that Perry Maxwell and John Bredemus designed is a tight 7,209-yard par 70 that tends to allow those who play well to contend. Bombers don't enjoy a significant advantage off the tee, which is why players like Na and Kisner succeed at Colonial Country Club.
