Scheffler-Schauffele final pair for Saturday tee times at TOUR Championship
Xander Schauffele is once again the closest player in the field to leader Scottie Scheffler after Friday's second round, though their scores are much closer now.
As a result, Scheffler and Schauffele will make up the final pairing to tee off for Saturday's third round of the TOUR Championship, beginning their day at 3 p.m. ET.
Ahead of them on the course will be Patrick Cantlay and Jon Rahm, who'll tee off in the penultimate group at 2:49 p.m. ET. Cantlay is the defending TOUR Championship winner, capturing last year's season-ending event by one stroke over Rahm.
Sahith Theegala will start the day, teeing off at 12:26 p.m. ET on his own since Will Zalatoris' pre-tournament withdrawal left the field odd-numbered.
