GIF: Larry Mize's bunker blast to save par

1987 Masters champion Larry Mize relied on over three decades of playing experience at Augusta to qualify through the weekend, but he has been felled by the difficult terrain ever since. 

Playing with the tournament marker in Sunday's first pairing, Mize required a miraculous bunker shot on 12 to survive the course's fourth-toughest hole and avoid burying himself at the bottom of the leaderboard.

The 55-year-old is 5-over on the day and 14-over for the tournament.
