The early cut at The Players Championship has been set a 1-under and world No. 2 Adam Scott finished his second round with a 67 - 10 strokes better than his first-round 77.
Scott sits at even par and will wait to see if he will make the cut throughout the afternoon. Scott needs to finish tied for 16th to take over the No. 1 ranking from Tiger Woods, and was 5-under on the day after a disappointing first round.
FedEx Cup points leader Jimmy Walker will also wait to see if he makes the cut with a 1-under 71 for even par.
Rickie Fowler will be around on the weekend as he finished with an even-par 72, and 1-under total.
Hunter Mahan will not be playing on the weekend after shooting a 6-over 78. Webb Simpson's done, too, after shooting a 1-over 73, finishing at 4-over par after two rounds.
