PHOTO: Caroline Wozniacki might have put a curse on McIlroy
Do you believe in hexes? Rory McIlroy might.
Fresh off a break up with fiancee Caroline Wozniacki last week, McIlroy came out of nowhere to win the BMW Championship on Sunday. Wozniacki, meanwhile, struggled, losing in the first round of the French Open.
On Friday afternoon, Wozniacki and McIlroy switched places with a touch of the occult possibly being the tilting point.
McIlroy struggled mightily at Memorial on Friday, a fall that coincided exactly with Wozniacki changing her twitter profile picture.
It all seems circumstantial until you consider the context of the picture change.

Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.
Perhaps a curse was being placed? A hex, maybe?
Regardless of what it was, McIlroy immediately shot a 43 on the back nine, a stretch that included three-straight double bogeys and increased his score by 12 shots from his Thursday round.
A real curse? Likely not. Spooky coincidence? Sure.
