VIDEO: Bubba Watson's swing compared to Jack Nicklaus

Bubba Watson is renowned as a student of the game. 

Famously adopting Ben Hogan's club grip, cameras noticed another comparison to a legend in Watson's game on Sunday. 

CBS Sports lined up Watson's tee shot side-by-side with legendary champion Jack Nicklaus and analysed them both in slow motion. 

The similarities are striking.

The swing of the most successful golfer of all time weren't enough to push Watson to the top of the leaderboard on Sunday. 

He finished one shot back of winner Hideki Matsuyama.
