On Thursday June 5 at 2:26 p.m. ET, the play at TPC Southwind was suspended for the first time during the FedEx St. Jude Classic.

There would be a theme through the weekend as the tournament was in a pattern of stop and start.

It has been three days and there have been two rounds of golf completed.

The first delay on Thursday lasted three hours and 30 minutes, and play was suspended at 9:17 p.m. ET due to darkness. Round one began again on Friday morning, with round two scheduled to start at 9:40 a.m. ET.

Round two was suspended at 2:03 p.m. ET Friday afternoon due to inclement weather. While play was restarted at 4:30 p.m. ET, the rain came in just minutes later and play was suspended for the day.

Welcome to Saturday morning, they're still on round two!

Fog. It came in and pushed tee times back from 7:00 to 8:00. The second round completed in the early afternoon and round three was set to start at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Round three lasted just three hours as inclement weather again rolled through the area and play was suspended for the day just before 8 p.m. ET.

We know, how terrible it is to have two and a half rounds of golf stretch three days. It's a nightmare.

Hopefully someone will win the FedEx St. Jude Classic before Thursday.
