With Martin Kaymer maintaining his lead following the third round of action on Saturday, the 27-year-old remains the favorite to win the 114th U.S. Open.
Kaymer struggled on Saturday, managing a single birdie and an astonishing five Bogeys.
The German finished the third round at 2-over par, but will have to improve in order to fend of a surging Rickie Fowler and Erik Compton.
Despite his struggles, Kaymer heads into the final round with a 5-stroke lead over the field.
