VIDEO: Ian Poulter hits the head off a beer
Almost everybody that has ever picked up a golf club has at some point attempted the famous trick shot of bouncing a ball off the face repeatedly before smashing it toward the fairway. In the process, many people have bounced the ball off the face twice before losing the rhythm.
Golfer Ian Poulter showcases a pair of trick shots here, starting with the classic face bounce trick. The second trick, however, is where things get interesting.
Poulter places a glass of Stella Artois on the tee box, (disclosure: the video is an ad for the beer) before pulling back and cutting through nothing but the foam head spilling ever so slightly over the top.
Is it real? Maybe. Is it impressive? Definitely.
Feel free to try it yourself, so long as you don't mind a lot of broken glass and spilled beer.
