Ryder Cup Day 2: Dubuisson, McDowell cruising through foursomes again
Thomas J Russo / USA TODAY Sports
While three of the four foursome matchps remain tight, European Ryder Cup teammates Victor Dubuisson and Graeme McDowell have found some rhythm and are cruising along through six.
The U.S. pairing of Rickie Fowler and Jimmy Walker are struggling to hit fairways and nail down putts, while McDowell and Dubuisson are doing the opposite.
Dubuisson and McDowell won three of the first five holes to go 3-up, extending their lead to 4-up on No. 6.
The duo won their match Friday afternoon, and McDowell was credited with calming Dubuisson down before they teed off. The pair are certainly a good fit.
