World Golf Rankings: Garcia up to No. 7, Fowler improves to No. 9, Woods down to 133rd

Philadelphia, PA - Coming off his second PGA Tour win, Rickie Fowler improved to ninth in this week's world rankings.

Fowler played the final six holes in 6-under par, then birdied the island green 17th twice in a playoff to earn the win. He moved up four spots from last week.

The top-6 were unchanged with Rory McIlroy followed again by Jordan Spieth, Henrik Stenson, Bubba Watson, Jim Furyk and Justin Rose.

Sergio Garcia, who shared second place with Kevin Kisner behind Fowler, improved three places to No. 7. Jason Day dipped one to eighth and was followed by Fowler.

Dustin Johnson and Adam Scott both dropped a pair to 10 and 11, respectively. Jimmy Walker and J.B. Holmes were down a spot apiece to 12th and 13th.

Hideki Matsuyama remained No. 14 and was trailed again by Patrick Reed, Matt Kuchar, Martin Kaymer, Phil Mickelson and Billy Horschel.

Bill Haas, who shared fourth place at the TPC Sawgrass, jumped five to No. 20. Last week's No. 20 Brooks Koepka dropped two to 22nd this week.

George Coetzee won his third European Tour title on Sunday and improved 11 notches to 52nd.

Tiger Woods dropped another seven spots, from 125th to 133rd.
