Heise activated off LTIR after 5-game absence

PWHL Minnesota activated star forward Taylor Heise off long-term injured reserve ahead of Sunday's clash against New York.

Heise, the first overall pick in the inaugural PWHL draft, has missed Minnesota's past five contests due to an upper-body injury sustained in Game 7 of the Rivalry Series between Canada and the United States.

Minnesota enters Sunday's action third in the PWHL standings with 22 points.

Heise notched six points in nine games before being sidelined.
