Mike Scott buys tickets for 76ers fan who tattooed player's name on ribs
Warning: Tweet contains coarse language
Philadelphia 76ers forward Mike Scott showed his appreciation to a fan who got a tattoo of his name by hooking him up with tickets to Sunday's Game 4 against the Toronto Raptors.
Matthew del Rio, a Sixers fan and blogger, made a promise in March that he would get "Mike Scott" tattooed on his neck if he reached 1,000 followers on Twitter by the next day.
On Tuesday night, del Rio tweeted a photo of his fresh ink - though, he opted to get the tattoo on his ribs rather than his neck.
Back in March, I tweeted that I’d get a Mike Scott tattoo if I got to 1,000 followers by the next day. @SpikeEskin made sure that happened. I’m a man of my word, so here it is: pic.twitter.com/iTPWYnDN8m

"Shoutout to him. I got him tickets for Sunday," Scott told reporters at practice on Wednesday. "It's crazy, man. I love it. I've never had fans like this since probably UVA."
