Father Time hasn't caught up to LeBron James the way it has to former NBA big man Joakim Noah.

On the latest episode of "The Young Man and The Three" podcast, Noah said he's been impressed by his longtime rival's ability to continue playing at a high level in his 22nd NBA season.

"To be dominant at 40 years old is pretty crazy," Noah, 39, said. "I mean, I can barely walk to the bathroom, and this guy's still dominating. It speaks volumes on how serious he takes it. You know, you've gotta give LeBron his flowers. It's unbelievable."

Noah retired from the NBA in 2021 after 13 seasons, the majority of which were spent with the Chicago Bulls. He appeared in just five games during his final campaign after playing in 42 the season prior.

James, who turns 40 in December, played in 71 games last season, averaging 25.7 points, 8.3 assists, and 7.3 rebounds per contest while earning his 20th All-Star selection.
