James Harden believes he, Kevin Durant, and Russell Westbrook would've led the Oklahoma City Thunder to multiple championships had the trio not broken up after three seasons.

"Two chips at least, at the minimum," Harden said on the "Earn Your Leisure" podcast.

The 35-year-old played with Durant and Westbrook from 2009-12 before being traded to the Houston Rockets. Harden and the Thunder were unable to come to terms on a new contract, with the team reportedly offering him $4.5 million less than the max deal he was seeking.

Harden, Durant, and Westbrook made it as far as the NBA Finals during their time together in Oklahoma City but lost to the Miami Heat in five games.

When asked if not having an NBA title on his resume weighs on him, Harden responded, "No." He added, "I'm still going to try to get one, that's the whole goal."

Harden is in his second season with the Los Angeles Clippers, who currently sit fifth in the Western Conference at 10-7.
